Play and Oak is a Boston-based pediatric digital health company delivering science-backed audio content that helps children sleep better. We work with healthcare and community partners to improve pediatric sleep outcomes at scale.

The problem we solve

Pediatric sleep is under-treated and underserved.

Millions of families struggle with children's sleep every night. The downstream effects reach healthcare systems, behavioral health services, and workplaces. Yet the solutions available are either too clinical, too expensive, or too inaccessible for most families.

We built Sleep Genie Audio to change that. Evidence-informed, audio-only, and designed for the real world: a phone, a bedtime, and a child who needs to sleep.
